      1. Great people policies : Work from Home, Considerate HR 2. Srikanth (CEO) has a great vision for Fractal 3. Great chance to work on latest technologies in AI and ML 4. Great place to have accelerated learning

      1. Middle management needs to have more visibility in the growth of their teams rather than only serving customers

      Fractal is a great place to work. Great senior leadership, very enthusiastic and bright peers and extremely challenging work.
