They have all sort of projects, you'll be lucky to get a good one . Learnings arent great. No recongnition among peers . Consulatants have no clue on how to utilize a data scientist for a project yet they manage us in projects.

for fresher it is a best company to start carrier with, as it will give you a lot of learning.

Cons

if you have work exp in range of 4 to 10 years, then it would be bit difficult you to struggle here, and not recommended as well. at this level you wont get much exposure as compare to people who are already at same level in this company from very long time period
