      1. The work here in terms of Analytics is very good as compared to other companies. It one of the core companies of core and pure analytics. 2. The work culture is unmatched and something very good here. 3. Holidays and freedom given to employees. 4. Free lunch and snacks along with everything else needed to take care of employees. 5. CEO is so friendly and engages a lot with employees.His vision is what makes many employees stay. 6. Quarterly parties/dinner/lunch. One of the best times I had at a work place.

      Cons

      1. Salaries are not at par with market but ignore this point if career and work is what matter to you. 2. It is becoming a bit top heavy.
