      Fractal has Amazing work culture. People here are very helpful and talented. Lot of opportunities to grow professionally . Presence in diverse sectors of analytics helps employees to learn and develop different skill sets. Training programs are also very good. Flexible work timings. you can change your projects at ease.

      1. Compensation structure at same hierarchy level. 2. Frequent changes to companies policies. 3. The type of work they do for some clients.
