      Pros

      Have been working at Fractal for 6 months now.It has been a good experience.Have worked with a lot of people and learnt a lot from them.The work culture is really great!You get to choose a project of your interest.There are no rigid work timings.There are a lot of training sessions throughout the year as well to upgrade skills.It is a pleasant work environment.

      Have been here for a short time, so I cant say anything right now.
