      Pros

      Great Company and people. There is opportunity to learn a lot and work on interesting projects. Chilled-out atmosphere and supportive people. Great place to work!

      The pay structure is not particularly great and preference is given to people to IITs and IIMs

      Pros

      Lot of things to learn and a good start into analytics.You work with senior people and by senior i mean VP, Associate Directors. Had team meeting with CEO too.Flexible timings.Project switch easily.

      In case of urgent project requirement they might shift you to offshore location

      Good for Collage passout's as environment is pretty chilled out CEO is a very good person, a motivator Salary is OK , Office timings are fine Fractal Policies Bright future if you have US Visa

      Cons

      80%-90% of the work is reporting, Core Analytics Projects are hard to come by Goal Sheet (Mission Impossible 6) Harassment of good people (especially if they are on notice period) Very Very Poor Onshore people (wish they knew some analytics/mathematics) Lack of quality training material
