Work culture, Freedom - Very free and trusting. You are good as long as you finish your work within timelines to set guidelines for office hours etc. Ownership, Client Interaction, Responsibility - You get to work on your own, yet help is always offered when required. You interact directly with your clients and you have full responsibility for your work even as a fresher. Vibrant atmosphere, Friendly colleagues - The workforce is young and full of energy.You enjoy your work as the office will never be dull.

Cons

Work might get monotonous if you let it be. You have plenty of opportunities to work differently which sometimes you have to take up on your own. Pay is decent considered low by some individuals.

Work life balance and ppl are treated with respect. There are quite remarkable numbers of good projects and sophisticated solutions adding value to clients and also inspire the team.

Cons

Expansion which definitely requires more effort on internal management wise.
