Pros
1. People's Principles- A set of guidelines that have made Fractal unbelievably employee friendly. 2. A great work environment. They also provide the option of working from home which is terrific! 3. Flexible timings, as long as your work does not get affected. 4. Lots of internal growth opportunities.
Cons
Work can sometimes get monotonous, and one get caught up in the cycle of reporting. But that's about it.
