1. Not much Salary hike and also salaries are below industry standards which may be one of the reasons why employees leaves for bigger organisations like McKinsey, Amazon etc. 2. No salary hike for grade changes i.e. 9 to 8 but salary increment percentage is lower for grade 8 than that of 9.
