      growing company in terms of employees but scarcity of good analytics work

      good in operational work...many fringe benefits to employees...flexi timings. Increments are good

      Cons

      scarcity of statistical and modelling profiles.if interested in R and SAS and modelling stuff this is not the place for you.managers are not very technically sound

      Lack of processes ( eg: onsite policies, work from home, anniversary celebrations, reporting structure), sprouting favoritism, politics and lack of respect and fairness.

      Friendly, good analytics projects, good learning experience if you really want to burn your ass!!

      Cons

      Lot of politics, jealous and dissatisfied employees, unorganized management ( they only care about beer and sutta), no work-life balance, poor HR and bad appraisal policies, prepare to slog it out EACH DAY at Fractal Gurgaon! But dont be disheartened, it's 2013 things might have improved now!
