      Pros

      The flexibility of the organization is refreshing as many companies are not and the genuine caring of the staff and employer of their employees. This is a young company so they are eager and hungry to learn, be productive that results in being successful.

      Cons

      Because of my role and having to deal with many who are in India it sometimes makes it a challenge to get this done as quickly as you like.

      Very Friendly management, Fun at work is awesome at fractal, Fractal Appreciates my work done in various ways like giving momentum, certificates, pay hikes, etc. Work Culture is very good. Fractal is like my home. My Work mates along with seniors are like my family members. Very Considerate managers.

      Cons

      Recruiting HR in Fractal does not follow Fractal Culture. Doesnt have courteousness while talking to its employees. This Recruting HR is just like BUG in Fractal.
