      Pros

      Young, vibrant culturally happening company. Smart/passionate co-founders.

      Cons

      Apart from the Co-founders, top-middle management is weak. Politics increasing with new hires trying to take more control at mid-levels.

      Open culture,flexibility,direct client interaction,people management oppurtunities

      Cons

      most of the revenue goes to infra development,so though it is a growing company,the compensation is not good,a lot of favouritism happens here-especially with people who have joined 3-4 years back

      Growth opportunities, in-house training, leadership, flexible work culture, rewards and recognition Fractal Analytics is considered as a benchmark in Analytics domain. It is probably the best place to join at any point of time in career. It has shown exponential growth in past few years.

      Cons

      Once in a blue moon issue from respect and fairness value perspective, which is acceptable provided it gets resolved on time
