      Pros

      The staff is friendly and cool, be it an Analyst or the CEO. Good opportunities to learn a lot of stuff. Very good culture and values. Extra curricular activities. The work is interesting. Senior management respect the opinions of employees, they discuss with us as frequently as possible to resolve any issues we are facing (atleast in our team) Seniors are very much approachable.

      Cons

      Salary is linked to your college brand. There are some morons from IIT's who get paid more than others, being in the same position, for doing nothing Office locations across India.
