      Pros

      Having worked in India as well as abroad, I can vouch that Fractal is one of the best organisations to work with. The work culture simply amazing without any bossing. One has to think umpteen if one wishes to leave Fractal for monetory consideration.

      Cons

      Infrastructure needs improvement since the company is growing rapidly and desktop needs to be replaced with laptops.

      Pros

      Fractal clearly provides a vision for the company, teams and individual. A growth oriented firm, the culture already is to aspire to be a successful organization based on values. +Extremely helpful and knowledgeable colleagues +Open to domain expertise from various industries, something not seen in other analytics firms +Promotes good work life balance +Focus on Big-Data and Improving client value rather than being product/solution focused +In-house breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks (saves tonnes of time and money!)

      Cons

      The company being young, has shallow pockets for now. Pay structure could be improved (but that's true for any company I believe)

      Pros

      Supportive work culture with a good mix of work-life balance. The organization invests in the employee's individual and professional growth. Fractal provides ample of opportunities for one to grow. If you prove your metal, then sky is the limit at Fractal. I am happy to be part of this fast pace growing company.

      Cons

      Scaling up of infrastructure and automation of processes is not aligned to fast growth the company is undergoing
