      Trying to be Great, but isn't

      Nice initiative driven culture, various types of analytics work, Flexi hours, thought process of CEO

      Cons

      - with growing numbers could not maintain the same culture as was there, - middle management is all from outside and doesnt care or even know about erstwhile culture of Fractal,values of CEO doesn't trickle down to managers - people are allowed to die in a single assignment and not allowed to change - a big time non-analytics work which wont add any value to a person, they dont even think before taking up a project if it is Analytics or pure reporting

      Open, friendly culture, Many opportunities to learn and grow in the firm. Among the few firms with a high integrity leadership team.

      Cons

      Mediocracy is inching up as the firm has grown. Skill set mapping is poor and can be improved : Project allocation process is questionable, ratio of a person’s abilities to the demand of the task are disproportional

      Friendly, good analytics projects, good learning experience if you really want to burn your ass!!

      Cons

      Lot of politics, jealous and dissatisfied employees, unorganized management ( they only care about beer and sutta), no work-life balance, poor HR and bad appraisal policies, prepare to slog it out EACH DAY at Fractal Gurgaon! But dont be disheartened, it's 2013 things might have improved now!
