      Avoid this company at all cost !

      Free food, no in-out timings

      Cons

      1. Menial reporting work 2. No decent projects 3. Once chilled atmosphere is now bone-chilling with frequent firings 4.Internal training FAA sucks in its content 5. Middle-management has no clue about the industry requirements but u'll get good increments & even an on-site opportunity if u hve super good terms with them. Other than that they are hopeless. 6.Senior colleagues who know a thing or two about modeling, consider themselves to be data scientists. 7. The huge variable pay is actually not a component of your salary. It is pure eye-wash, carrot-stick to attract you.

      Freedom and Flexibility

      Pros

      Good work, flexibility of timings, open to new ideas and trust in employees. People principle is a good example of the same.

      Cons

      New joinees feel happy about the flexibility benefiting them around people principle but forget to adhere to the first principle of keeping Client as the first priority.

      Good Company for reporting work , not so good if one want to learn core analytics

      Good for Collage passout's as environment is pretty chilled out CEO is a very good person, a motivator Salary is OK , Office timings are fine Fractal Policies Bright future if you have US Visa

      Cons

      80%-90% of the work is reporting, Core Analytics Projects are hard to come by Goal Sheet (Mission Impossible 6) Harassment of good people (especially if they are on notice period) Very Very Poor Onshore people (wish they knew some analytics/mathematics) Lack of quality training material
