Pros

loved the culture overall in retail stores when i started. very different from traditional retail, and felt more valued by the company. has really good insurance compared to other retail.

Cons

with new upper management, and the massive hour cuts, i feel discouraged. i love framing so im staying… for as long as i can.

Good Company

Pros

Good concept, great ideas. I love the company vision and the way we interact with our clients. The feeling of helping them design their space is wonderful.

Cons

It is a small company, so keeping part-time employees might be a challenge. There should be a clear minimum and secure hours provided for part-timers. Hope the company can keep afloat despite the economy and offer better hours.

Pros

Great pay $17.50hr. Easy work

Cons

I assumed since it was seasonal that it would atleast last 90 days. Their peak season was only like 3 wks. Started Nov 6, trained a week. Orders picked up in Dec ans they let us go Dec 21.
