Choice of schedule. At least one weekend day off.

Cons

A couple days of training and was expected to know exactly how the business and warehouses worked. There is so much jargon used when communicating with support staff and other employees its easy to get lost.

Good concept, great ideas. I love the company vision and the way we interact with our clients. The feeling of helping them design their space is wonderful.

Cons

It is a small company, so keeping part-time employees might be a challenge. There should be a clear minimum and secure hours provided for part-timers. Hope the company can keep afloat despite the economy and offer better hours.
