Pros

Pay is great and work can be enjoyable, depending on your position and what you personally like to do, if you keep your head down.

Cons

The pay comes at the cost of your mental health, especially if you care about your job and the art. Sick time is a joke because even once you earn it and use it, you still have to go out of your way to go to the doctor and pay a copay just to get a note to prove you were “really” sick. And that’s on day one of being sick, too. Not like after missing a couple days of work. Nope.

Pros

Good, fair hourly rate. Usually plenty of work.

Cons

It’s a sweatshop. Not enough, work they send you home. Too much work, mandatory overtime. Quotas and goals change daily. Management is quite incompetent.
