Pros

There are a lot of creative people at Framebridge, and at least for DC, a DTC start-up that does some cool things is rare. While this is also a product of chaos, there is a lot of learning opportunity at Framebridge, as roles and responsibilities shift often. That is not 100% a good thing.

Cons

All the creativity and learn unfortunately gets overshadowed by rapid priority shifts and a lack of internal growth structure. The pace of change from a top-down strategic standpoint is too fast to ever feel like your work was satisfying or accomplished anything. Unfortunately, there are often a lot of unexplained firings, particularly at the top of the marketing department. It feels often that leadership decisions are made by the CEO and the small inner circle she favors (which is always hard to identify)—with very poor external communication as to process, strategy, or anything else. To add insult to injury, roles are not routinely back-filled. It creates a sense of chaos, instability, and deters structured growth. Raises and promotions are rare, poorly explained, and quite small. Ultimately, this is a good place for a little while if you're looking to gain a creative skillset that Framebridge offers. Recommend doing this with growth at another company in mind.

Pros

Framebridge is a smaller company that is looking to expand, so there is a lot of opportunity to contribute to it and make your mark. While the company may be in a transition period, the direction it is going in is certainly promising and exciting!

Cons

Communication between departments is improving, but is still somewhat of an issue.
