It feels like a family when you work here. After only working for a week, I feel valued as an employee, and can take pride in the work I do. They push you hard enough to help you improve, but are realistic when it comes to needs.

Cons

The production floor can be hectic at times, but that is something I love about this job. The peak season can be rough, but the overtime pay makes it worth the extra hours.

Product and customer experience is amazing - it's such a privilege to stand behind a product that makes our customers so happy. Team is incredibly competent and agile, with strong tone set by the CEO and senior management. I've worked with and learned from more All-Stars in my time at Framebridge than at all my previous companies combined. Recently brought on several super-accomplished C-Level leaders to help guide the company into the next phase of scaling. Team is super passionate about company and it shows in the work. The company has a huge opportunity to become a major ecommerce player.

Cons

Growing very rapidly. Solving a lot of problems on the fly which means that things get broken or folks can get passed by in the rush of change.
