Cons

Poorly managed and maintained facility. There is never enough food in the breakroom and if one cleaning person is absent that day the whole facility is unsanitary. Also severely understaffed, this place cannot safely operate entire departments with 1-2 associates by themselves who are undertrained. If you decide to work here don’t go above and beyond, they will overwork you into the ground and gaslight you about your performance.

Pay is great and work can be enjoyable, depending on your position and what you personally like to do, if you keep your head down.

Cons

The pay comes at the cost of your mental health, especially if you care about your job and the art. Sick time is a joke because even once you earn it and use it, you still have to go out of your way to go to the doctor and pay a copay just to get a note to prove you were “really” sick. And that’s on day one of being sick, too. Not like after missing a couple days of work. Nope.
