Great Culture, Excellent Leadership, Lots of Opportunity
Pros
The firm has a great culture: teams are collaborative and genuinely helpful, leadership is extremely focused on creating a great environment for employees, and partners invest lots of time and attention to helping junior folks develop, learn and succeed. The firm also does a great job of rewarding people who work hard and go the extra mile for clients. I've been impressed by how genuinely friendly and helpful people are internally across all levels. Oh, and the firm is growing, so there are tons of opportunities for advancement (if you're willing to put in the work).
Cons
People who work here are passionate about accounting and tax (seriously), and there is a big focus on developing heavy-duty technical expertise...some folks coming from other firms have found the adjustment to be challenging.
