People, environment overall culture, fun Firm events, good amount of transparency from the top down, provides resources for personal and professional development, opportunities to grow with the company
Cons
little standardization between departments can muddy communication channels, changes can take a long time to take effect because of this lack of standardization and there are so many "cooks in the kitchen" in especially Firmwide decision-making, many tenured people are "stuck in their ways" and are averse to change, some client facing departments are strapped for resources and are experiencing burnout
