      Pros

      Great opportunities to learn and grow and shape your career to be what you want it to be. High ethics, people try to do the right thing and treat each other with respect. I've worked in other companies and it's much better here when it comes to the level of respect you are given. The client base is top notch.

      Cons

      Change is well thought out and sometimes comes slowly. The Firm is growing and that brings challenges to maintain culture, especially when spread across multiple offices. It's client service, so the things that come with that (time entry, clients aren't always nice) sometimes can bring you down. All in all, not a lot of cons.

      An established firm in the Bay Area. Talented professionals are recruited.

      Cons

      Employees should be able to come into a positive, healthy, and safe work environment each and every day. They should be treated with respect and equality, and never bullied or harassed. Unfortunately, this is not what I experienced. Women are harassed by men in executive / leadership roles. Lack of leadership.

      Pros

      The firm name is well known in the Bay Area and attracts talented individuals. They offer a very appealing rotation program for students right out of college.

      Cons

      In my experience.... - There is a lack of leadership - Women are bullied and harassed by men is superior positions - Complaint of Hostile Work Environment was not properly investigated - HR works for the partners and not for the employees
