can learn quite a bit in a short amount of time, experience with managers and partners can begin on day one, better hours than big 4

Cons

you have to 'rotate' through all of the departments for a long time even if you know what department you'd like to work in

1. Awesome people to work with. 2. Great training programs. 3. Even better trainers.... Adam McLean Is AWESOME!!! 4. Always a fridge full of drinks and kitchen full of snacks. 5. Company parties and gatherings which is great to mingle with fellow co workers. 6. Loving my job and actually look forward to going to work.

Cons

Maybe more pay but other then that, there is no complaints from me.
