      Pros

      The company does not have much to offer aside from regular income.

      Cons

      The culture is terrible and has only gotten worse since the original owner retired. The benefits are not good and you have to beg for raises which rarely get approved except for the "merit raises". They have been laying people off over the last year because they are not doing well as a company.

      Great people to work with, some flexibility in hours working either in the field or at home office

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, less pay than standard for the industry, expected to work outside normal mon- Friday hours , more work keeps getting added to the original workload when I started.
