Pros

They treat there employees good. They have good benefits with very little hours and they will make sure that you get your benefits if you need it.

Cons

Very little promotional opportunities once you get into management. They dont have set schedules. They have blackout dates for requested time off.

Pros

They work with my schedule and are friendly and fair. There is great commodary between employees and teamwork. There are several departments that you can transfer into if your department is not what you are passionate about. Weekly paychecks!

Cons

As a Barista, I still have to help in the Deli- I am not a fan of deli work. We are part of a union, which costs about $10 a week, but I get billed 3 months at a time and $120 is a little overwhelming.

Nice people to work with and good attitude's. Customers can be agrresive at times but thats any retail. overall good place to work

Cons

Long hour, and hardly ever 2 days off in a row, or same day. some people can be quite rude.
