Pros

Great technology, which is innovative, and interesting to customers.

Cons

Disorganized, lacks effective “leadership” and clear direction across the board. High turnover which includes executives, directors, etc. Chaos. CEO is a micromanager. Benefits and compensation reduced and changed on a whim. If you are a driven, smart, experienced sales person, freepower probably isn’t a good fit for you.

Pros

They have assembled one of the best teams to work with. Talented individuals who are willing to help and share knowledge. Decisions are made quickly. Exciting customers, and projects keep the day from becoming dull.

Cons

As with startups, the wages are lower, but future benefits are much higher than in a corporate environment. Schedules are tight, and unbuffered, but achievable.

Pros

- Small growing company with lots of opportunities for personal growth - Smart, hard working group of people with the freedom to succeed - Lots of perks and good pay - Management is still evolving making things extra dynamic

Cons

- Lots of work with demanding timelines so plan on coming to work - Management is still evolving making things extra dynamic (Yes it's both a pro and a con)
