Good environment to work in. Culture is very fast paced, a great place to improve yourself. Knowledgeable coworkers, interesting product.

Cons

Not the best wlb, expect to work nights and weekends. Upper management gets involved in everyday decisions very regularly. Not a lot of feeling of job security.
