Pros
I can work for a great amount of projects. This can be a resume builder. I have gained a lot of experience this way. I have worked most positions from Pa to Director. Now I now what to expect from these experiences.
Cons
The only con I can think of is stability or the lack thereof. It would be nice to make roots somewhere. I am willing to work hard and move up the ladder. There must be a ladder to climb in the first place.
