Pros

- good people - decent office perks - can be some interesting work if you can get on the right team - opportunity to grow if grad

Cons

- far below industry standard pay - culture can lean towards "bro" - you will need to speak up repeatedly if you want anything (pay rise, role change, etc) - career growth stops after 1.5-2 years

Pros

Forget what you thought about what it was to be a software engineer. They hire a person, not a role. Everyone who works here is awesome. Little bureaucracy. Agile product teams. Quarterly Hackathons. Implement the way you think is best. Cooperate with other teams from around the world. An excellent office environment and socials with colleges and local tech companies in London. ... an unlimited beer fridge and freshly ground coffee! You will learn so much. Here they get you started on real projects from day one, no messing around here!

Cons

I enjoy the projects a little too much. It is difficult to not be tempted to work on them in my free time.
