Pros

- Wonderful people to work with at every level: local, national, international - top to bottom. There is clear passion among the people who work for Freeman. - There is a very strong sense of unity and teamwork across the company. - Employees are compensated well and looked after. - I've also personally enjoyed the liberation of a largely "independent" work schedule: timelines dictated by shows and clients, but working without feeling micromanaged or over-supervised.

Cons

This type of work isn't for everyone. It can be high intensity, high volume but with high reward. Your workload can vary based on your schedule. Not everyone has the drive to excel in this type of field, but for those who do it is extremely fulfilling.

Pros

Company culture is unlike any other with kind and energetic colleagues, very supportive leadership, variety of work and constant opportunities for growth. As well as the opportunity for travel and internal training.

Cons

Long hours and sometimes it can be demanding, training is not up to par on all that is involved on the job some of the time, salary could be better or more incentives offered for the time spent on the job, and there can be lapses of communication between corporate and what gets done on the branch scale of things—leadership could work on streamlining communication and efforts for employee appreciation.
