Freeman is a great place to work. I know ... I've been here 28 years!

Pros

The Freeman family has high integrity and ethics. The company always strives to maintain a caring and inclusive culture. Employees work hard, but are rewarded well. Benefits are great, including generous PTO, health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k and ESOP for full-time staff (to mention only a few).

Cons

There are always cons if you look hard enough at any organization; however, the pros far outweigh them!

Pros

Good co-workers Entry Level Positions Pay seems to be a tad higher than most AV companies (PSAV etc.)

Cons

Bad co-workers Too many chiefs, not enough Indians Supervisors are lazy, management is unfair A lot of know-it-alls A lot of responsibility Long hours I have been scheduled a 5 hour shift (no lunch) yet I ended up working 9 hours straight, and still got a lunch deducted that I didnt take. No reimbursement for 30 minute deduction 12 hour days sometimes

Pros

Lots of people to rely on for help

Cons

Way to top management heavy, and unless you are a member of the boys club, you won't climb the ladder?
