Pros

Lots of jobs and room to move around travel, I guess, if you are young and without a family Supervisors are nice and hands-on

Cons

They will use and abuse you while being nice and treating you like family Not a safe place for women Unethical practices Senior management is out of touch with the role High stress, you are working 24/7 nights and weekends Supervisors and colleagues will stab you in the back and lie about you Highly political environment If you are not White and Male, or willing to become White and male (figuratively), you will not make it at Freeman. There is nothing freeing about this place since you are expected to work all the time. Not a happy place
