Flexibility, good people, strive for adherence to clearly defined processes, company transparency, autonomy. Great benefits and culture/values.

Cons

Long hours depending on role, can be overworked and underpaid. Serious burnout and lack of plans to address as they don’t hire enough staff to give people a break.
