Pros

Shrewdly run company that has rebounding with gusto after the events biz was decimated by Covid. Leadership is wise and caring and the culture has evolved into a more corporate/less old boys club in the last decade. Ability to WFH as needed as long as you're handling your biz.

Cons

Work can be a pressure cooker and work/life balance can suffer when the event cycle is in high gear. No more company ESOP. Hard to break onto major accounts since they're titghtly held by existing salespeaople, thus limiting career trajectories.

Pros

I loved working with my colleagues. YOU can make it a fun atmosphere. You WILL learn as you go. Benefits are good.

Cons

There are times you can be working 50-70+ hours a week including weekends. This isn't a 9-5 job. It's the tradeshow industry.
