Hard work, challenging environment w pandemic

Hard to get a promotion unless you are male and/or know someone Design department doesn’t have job descriptions or a published way to move up in the company (I’ve been asking for years and they say it’s coming) If you work on the production side, you don’t get paid as much as the corporate/proposal designers, even though you’ll work your tail off getting things out the door to produce
