Great management, in my experience Great PTO for salaried employees Really affordable insurance Lots of opportunities for advancement Diverse employee resource groups

Cons

Downgraded PTO policy for hourly employees from unlimited to 15 days/year Annual raises can be small amounts

Pros

Good people doing good work. I felt respected in my role and as a person. I loved it at Freeman and hope to return one day.

Cons

I was only able to work there three years because of COVID, I experienced no downside to the company in that time.
