Pros

Freeman is an exciting fast paced place to work. The variety of projects keep your work day interesting and allow you to develop your skills.

Cons

Middle management positions are heavily filled by nepotism, this is more important than qualifications. Communication between departments has issues, people are worked so hard that a culture of passing the problem onto the next stage or department has become frequent.

You are on call, 24/7. Once you are assigned to a show, you'll never get off of it. Ever. Boys club.
