Pros

Comapny cares deeply about their employees. Privately held so not beholden to shareholders. Work is challenging but rewarding. Shrewdly run corporate management has positioned company to be best in class.

Cons

Systems are redundant and sometimes brutal. Event industry vulnerable to pandemic shutdowns. Internal politics can hinder advancement. High pressure environment. Too many VP's who make global decisions without understanding their implications on the ground.
