Pros

Integrity, Growth, Passion, and Community: all are exemplified by the individuals at Freeman. That said, the pandemic took its toll on morale. We're rebuilding and getting better, but there's more to do.

Cons

A job for adrenaline junkies, the events industry is fast-paced with huge output and impact. It can be easy to get burned out.
