Pros

Always working on something new and different. 401 and ESOP are strong. Family owned aspect is very noticeable. Making an effort to communicate more with employees.

Cons

Difficult to balance work and life, expected to work long hours for months at a time. Work is very seasonal. Limited opportunities for advancement.

the company as a whole is good to work for, but the Vegas branch has bad management

Cons

The management in Vegas does not follow any of the True Blue House values. Depending on who you are, they have a tendancy to look the other way while their favorites lie, steal, and degrade other employees.
