Excellent onboarding, training, and career growth opportunities. Kindness and mutual respect amongst employees and management makes for a great company culture.

Cons

Many employees had to be laid off/furloughed due to COVID19.

Freeman has always put the employees and it’s customer first. It’s help create a strong culture in which people want to be part of and believe will always do the right thing.

As not evolved it’s internal systems and process in parallel with its growth.
