Pros

The company thinks in large time horizons and is starting to make the decisions and changes needed for it to survive.

Cons

So much infrastructure and internally processes are awful and just aren't improved. Mediocre people stay in the roles for a long time and it spreads everywhere.

Pros

Some really nice people are still left

Cons

When I started there everyone had done the job, knew what was entailed. They were replaced by “managers” with MBA’s and/or consultants - lost the family and we’re all in the together feel. Managed by numbers. Senior management is out of touch All politics
