Company is trying - they have a lot of growing to do but they are trying

Recently read an article that I wish I had done before going to Freeman. Research the boss - the company might be better but if the leader stinks - then it will not be good. As an example - the HR has the highest turnover in the entire organization with the Total Rewards group leading the pack. These are red flags - not a good culture to join!
