Meet people from all around the world and good place to learn customer service

Cons

Don’t get training your promised also guys who have never been in this industry really mess things up a lot

Headed in the right direction

Pros

Freeman is trying. Leaders are working hard to modernize the way we do business and interact with one another. I feel empowered to make effective decisions and I'm confident that I have the support of senior leaders and peers.

Cons

At times it does feel like you are in the dark and people are speaking for you and not with you.
