Horrible Place to Work

Pros

A good place to gain experience in the graphic design field

Cons

Management for the graphic department makes working there unbearable. Condescending, rude, and no room for error. No decent training is given, you're just thrown to the wolves and expected to catch on the first day. Made a mistake my second day there and was reprimanded for it. You're forced to work long hours, way past your scheduled time off and they have no consideration for your personal or home life. High stress and anxiety driven environment.

Corporate culture

Pros

Good work-life balance and they are headed in a good direction with the digital team.

Cons

The culture here is very corporate and the management structure is disorganized from the top-down. The company is not very flexible and it is hard to make improvements with all the red tape.
