Family oriented. The owner truly cares about the wellbeing of her company's workforce

Cons

Hours can get nutty. The business isn't for everyone unless you're willing to go into it open minded

We are deeply saddened by some of the business decisions we had to make in light of COVID-19, but are optimistic and confident about the future of our industry. In regard to the long hours, we also are working hard to encourage work life balance throughout our organization and recently implemented a new unlimited PTO policy. Pros

Surprisingly to be such a big corporation, they're very family-oriented. You come in contact with so many people in the field and all of them provide a sense of community. I enjoyed my time there, had the opportunity for growth and training. Glad I got opportunities to travel.

Cons

The schedule can get overwhelming at times, show season keeps you busy. There is no such thing as "no" when it comes to new business, so you have to find a way to male it work.
