Family Culture, Ok Work-Life Balance

Cons

Low PTO Days, Removed ESOP, No Employee Appreciation, Lack of Coordination between IT and Business, not transparent, No career growth framework, you can go to next level if your supervisor is not promoted, no training

Great benefits this is all that I have to say. Most of the people there are nice to work with.

Cons

Not loyal to employees. Good ole Boy system in full effect. I’m not the one to play those games.
